Still running twice a week and getting pretty comfortable at these distances. Think it might be time for a Wet season challenge. Watch this space.
There's nothing more satisfying than running 25km and plunging naked into the waterhole. Life is good! :)
You'll notice the bump in heart rate around 12.5km. That's heartbreak hill. Good test of character. And the final charge at the end. Pulled up pretty good after this one.
